Understanding Listing Scores

Every listing in Selletto Pro receives a score out of 100 based on SEO and conversion factors.

Score Breakdown

The score is composed of five equally-weighted sub-scores:

  • Title optimisation (20 pts) – keyword placement, length, and readability.
  • Tag coverage (20 pts) – number of tags used, relevance, and long-tail keyword mix.
  • Description quality (20 pts) – structure, keyword density, and call-to-action presence.
  • Pricing competitiveness (20 pts) – how your price compares to similar listings.
  • Image quality signal (20 pts) – based on click-through rate proxy metrics.
  • Score Ranges

    ScoreInterpretation
    80–100Excellent – minor tweaks only
    60–79Good – a few improvements recommended
    40–59Fair – significant optimisation opportunity
    Below 40Poor – immediate attention needed

    Improving Your Score

    Click the AI Suggest button on any listing to get specific recommendations for each sub-score. Apply individual suggestions or run a full AI optimisation pass from the Bulk Operations menu.

    Scores update within 5 minutes of applying a change.
