Syncing Your Listings

Selletto Pro keeps your listings in sync with Etsy automatically. Here is how it works.

Automatic Sync

After you connect your shop, an initial full sync runs in the background. Depending on the number of listings this can take 1–5 minutes. Subsequent syncs run every 6 hours.

Manual Sync

To trigger an immediate sync:

Go to Dashboard > Listings.

Click the Sync Now button next to the shop name.

A progress indicator will appear. The page refreshes when the sync is complete.

What Gets Synced

Listing title, description, and tags

Pricing and quantity

Main listing image (URL only — we do not store images)

Views, favourites, and sales count

Sync Errors

If a listing fails to sync it will be marked with a yellow warning icon. Common causes:

Listing deleted on Etsy – it will be removed from Selletto Pro on the next sync.

Rate limit exceeded – the sync will retry automatically after 60 seconds.

API token expired – disconnect and reconnect your Etsy shop to issue a fresh token.
