QuickBooks Integration

Sync your Etsy revenue and expenses into QuickBooks Online automatically.

The QuickBooks integration automatically pushes your Etsy revenue and Selletto Pro subscription costs into QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping.

Go to Dashboard > Integrations.

Click Connect on the QuickBooks card.

Authorise the connection via Intuit's OAuth flow.

Select your QuickBooks company (if you have multiple).

Map Etsy income to the correct income account in QuickBooks.

Data	QuickBooks Entry
Etsy order income	Sales receipt to selected income account
Etsy transaction fees	Expense under "Merchant Fees"
Shipping income	Sales receipt line item
Refunds	Credit memo

Syncs run automatically at midnight each day.

Go to Integrations > QuickBooks > Sync History and click Sync Now to trigger an immediate sync.

This integration requires QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks Desktop is not supported.

Historical data (before the connection date) is not imported automatically. Contact support if you need a historical import.

Selletto Pro does not create or modify your Chart of Accounts — only transaction entries.
