Link your Printful account to track print-on-demand fulfilment alongside Etsy orders.

Connecting Printful

Printful is a print-on-demand fulfilment provider. Connecting it to Selletto Pro lets you track fulfilment status and costs alongside your Etsy orders.

Prerequisites

An active Printful account.

At least one Etsy store connected in both Printful and Selletto Pro.

Connection Steps

Go to Dashboard > Integrations.

Click Connect on the Printful card.

You will be redirected to Printful's OAuth authorisation page.

Approve the connection. You are redirected back to Selletto Pro.

Selletto Pro will automatically map Printful products to matching Etsy listings.

What Syncs

Fulfilment status – pending, in production, shipped, delivered.

Tracking numbers – linked to the corresponding Etsy order.

Production cost – used to calculate actual margin in the Pricing Optimizer.

Troubleshooting

If products are not mapping correctly, go to Integrations > Printful > Product Mapping and manually link Printful products to Etsy listings.

Note: Selletto Pro does not create or modify Printful orders. We only read data.
