Upgrading or Downgrading
Updated February 10, 2026
How plan changes work and when they take effect.
Upgrading or Downgrading
Upgrading
Upgrades take effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.
Downgrading
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then you retain access to your current plan's features.
If your data exceeds the limits of the new plan (e.g., you have 200 listings synced but are downgrading to STARTER which allows 100), the oldest listings will be unpinned from sync. Your listing data is not deleted.
Cancelling
Reactivating
If you cancelled and want to restart, visit Dashboard > Billing and click Reactivate Subscription. Your previous settings and history are restored.
