Understanding Usage Limits

What Counts as Usage

AI analyses – Each time you run an AI optimisation on a listing, it counts as one analysis. Bulk jobs count one analysis per listing processed.

Listings synced – The number of active listings currently tracked. Deactivating a listing on Etsy removes it from your count on the next sync.

A/B tests – Each active experiment counts towards your limit. Completed (concluded) tests do not count.

Checking Your Usage

Go to Dashboard > Settings > Usage to see a real-time usage meter for the current billing period.

Approaching Your Limit

At 80% usage you will see a yellow warning banner in the dashboard.

At 100% usage, AI analyses will be paused. Existing data and insights remain accessible.

You can upgrade at any time to restore full access.

Overages

Selletto Pro does not charge overage fees. When you reach a limit, the relevant feature is paused until the next billing period or until you upgrade.

AI Cost Budget

In addition to plan limits, there is a platform-wide monthly AI cost budget ($500). In the rare event this is reached, AI features will be temporarily paused for all users until the month resets. You will be notified by email.
