Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Selletto Pro ("the Service"), operated at selletto.pro. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Selletto Pro provides analytics, listing optimization, and workflow tools for Etsy sellers, including AI-generated suggestions for listing titles, tags, descriptions, pricing, and buyer messages. The Service connects to your Etsy shop only after you authorize it through Etsy's official OAuth flow, and accesses your shop data through Etsy's official API.

The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This Application uses Etsy's API, but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy. Selletto Pro is an independent product with no affiliation to Etsy.

DISCLAIMER: THIS APPLICATION IS SOLELY PROVIDED BY SELLETTO PRO (THE "APPLICATION DEVELOPER"). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ETSY, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • All paid plans include a 14-day free trial for first-time subscribers. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time before then at no cost. One trial per customer.
  • You can cancel any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep paid features until then. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial periods.
  • We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle after the notice period.
  • If a payment fails we will retry it and notify you. We may downgrade your account to the free plan if payment is not resolved.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to violate Etsy's Terms of Use or seller policies;
  • resell, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service, or access it by any automated means other than our documented interfaces;
  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
  • attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service produces AI-generated suggestions and analytics. These are recommendations, not guarantees: we do not promise any particular sales, search-ranking, or revenue outcome. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before applying it to your shop and for its compliance with Etsy's policies and applicable law. Applying a suggestion modifies your live Etsy listing; you retain full control and responsibility for your shop.

7. Your Data and Content

You retain all rights to your shop data, listings, and content. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate and improve the Service for you (for example, generating optimization suggestions and analytics). Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third-party providers, including Etsy (shop data), Stripe (payments), and Google Cloud (AI processing). Their availability is outside our control, and interruptions of those services may affect the Service. Your use of Etsy remains governed by Etsy's own terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL NEVER BE LOST.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELLETTO PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination we will delete or anonymize your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.

12. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
