Setting Up Your Profile

Your profile controls how Selletto Pro personalises AI recommendations and sends notifications.

Profile Settings

Go to Dashboard > Settings > Profile to update:

  • Display name – shown in reports and exports.
  • Shop currency – used for revenue calculations. Defaults to USD.
  • Timezone – ensures daily/weekly reports align with your local time.

    • AI Preferences

    Under Settings > AI Preferences you can tell the AI about your shop style:

  • Tone – Friendly, Professional, or Playful. The AI uses this when generating listing descriptions.
  • Target audience – e.g., "gift shoppers aged 25–45". Improves title and tag suggestions.
  • Excluded keywords – words or phrases you never want suggested.

    • Notifications

    Enable or disable email notifications for:

  • New sale alerts
  • Listing score drops
  • A/B test completions
  • Weekly performance digest

    • Changes take effect immediately and do not require a page reload.
